General Provisions

1 Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "Platform" refers to the 2999 bdt website, mobile application, and all related services. "User" or "you" refers to the person who has registered on the Platform or is using its services. "We" or "2999 bdt" refers to the operating authority of the Platform.

These terms apply to adult users residing in Bangladesh. By using any part of the Platform or opening an account, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

2 Age Requirement and Eligibility

The minimum age to open an account at 2999 bdt and participate in any betting or casino activity is 21 years. No person under this age may use the Platform. We may request identity documents or proof of age at any time to verify the information provided during registration.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend an account until verification is complete. If registration is made with false information, the account will be closed and, where applicable, the balance will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, both accounts may be closed and all bonuses forfeited. Accurate name, mobile number, and all required details must be provided at the time of registration.

Keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you notice unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify us immediately via live chat. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party access.

Financial Transaction Terms

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount at 2999 bdt is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved methods for deposits and withdrawals are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Every withdrawal request is subject to verification, and additional verification may be required for unusual activity. For bank transfers, the account name must match the registered name.

Funds deposited must be sent only from your own registered mobile banking or bank account. Funds sent through a third party will not be accepted and may be returned.

5 Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms

The 2999 bdt welcome bonus is 150% on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash immediately upon being credited. Winnings earned from a bonus become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement is met. Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time while one is active, unless specifically stated otherwise.

Weekly Deposit Gift: 30% bonus, up to ৳5,000, wagering 18x.
Cricket Excitement Bonus: 50% bonus, up to ৳8,000, wagering 20x (Sports section only).
Weekend Slot Blast: 40% bonus, up to ৳6,000, wagering 15x (Friday and Saturday).
Friend Referral Reward: up to ৳3,000, wagering 12x.
Birthday Reward: up to ৳2,000, wagering 10x.

2999 bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer. A notice will be published on the Platform before any change takes effect.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6 Bet Placement and Cancellation Policy

A bet that has been confirmed generally cannot be cancelled. However, if a technical error occurs or incorrect odds are displayed, 2999 bdt reserves the right to cancel or correct that bet. In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded.

In sports betting, if an event is suspended mid-way or a result cannot be determined, the outcome will be settled following standard industry rules. If an account is found to have placed bets using non-public information or evidence of match manipulation is found, the account will be closed.

7 Permitted and Prohibited Activities

Any activity that compromises the security, normal operation of the Platform, or the interests of other users is strictly prohibited. This includes:

Abusing bonuses or claiming promotional benefits through multiple accounts.
Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
Attempting unauthorised access to the Platform's systems.
Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
Stealing or using another user's information.

In the event of a violation of the above rules, the relevant account may be immediately closed and the balance forfeited. Law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.

Personal Data and Responsibility

8 Data Collection and Privacy

2999 bdt is committed to protecting users' personal data. Please read our Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with. Using the Platform also means accepting that policy.

Identity documents and records submitted for account verification are kept under strict security. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption. Data will only be shared with third parties where required by law.

9 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

2999 bdt takes responsible gaming seriously. If you feel that you or someone you know is becoming overly dependent on gambling, please follow the guidance provided in our Responsible Gaming section.

Users may use the self-exclusion feature — they can request that their account be temporarily closed for a set period. This feature can be activated by contacting us via live chat or email. Requests to reopen an account while self-exclusion is active will not be accepted.

10 VIP Program and Cashback

The 2999 bdt VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% cashback per week), Silver (up to 0.5% cashback), and Gold (up to 0.8% cashback). Cashback is calculated based on the week's net losses.

For example: if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100. Advancement to a VIP tier depends entirely on recorded activity and the authority's discretion.

Service and Technical Terms

11 Service Interruptions and Technical Issues

2999 bdt makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service. However, service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical upgrades, or unforeseen issues. 2999 bdt is not financially liable for such interruptions.

If a technical error in any game or bet causes an incorrect result to be displayed, the outcome will be determined based on the correct result. We are not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection.

12 Account Closure and Fund Return

A user may close their own account at any time without giving a reason. In that case, the remaining account balance (excluding bonuses) may be withdrawn subject to verification. Account closure requests must be submitted via live chat.

If an account is closed by the authority due to a breach of terms, forfeitable bonuses and winnings will not be returned. To appeal for account reinstatement, please contact the support team.

13 Dispute Resolution and Customer Support

If you have a dispute regarding any transaction or betting result, please notify our support team within 72 hours. 2999 bdt provides support in Bengali and English 24/7 via live chat and email.

General Legal Provisions

14 Right to Modify Terms

2999 bdt reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be published on the Platform before changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. Please visit this page regularly to stay informed of updates.

15 Limitation of Liability

2999 bdt is not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from technical failures, third-party actions, natural disasters, or the user's own negligence. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we do not guarantee any specific outcome.

Gaming is inherently risky. Users are advised to only wager amounts they can afford to lose.

16 General Consent

By registering an account or using any service at 2999 bdt, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms and conditions. You further confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that participating in such activities is legally permitted in your jurisdiction.
